This week we spent a lot of time at home because Joey and Olivia had colds. Joey had a yucky cough and congestion in his chest, and Livi ran a temp and had some nasal congestion. So needless to say our house smells like Vick's and Lysol! Despite being sick, we had a lot of fun decorating for Thanksgiving, playing dress-up, snuggling and watching movies, and everything I could do to keep them occupied.
Joey is hilarious with the decorations and holidays. He does not understand why we set all of this stuff out, why it lights up, makes noises, and most of all, why people dress up and knock on doors for candy. I can't wait to see what he thinks about the Christmas tree this year. All of the ornaments will need to be put up 3 ft off the ground!
