Anyway, this past week we had a special birthday in the house. Olivia turned 3 years old on Thursday. She had a great birthday! On Thursday, she woke up (quite early) to open presents before mommy had to go to work. I only worked 1/2 the day so we could go out for pizza (Olivia's favorite fo
od). Then she wanted to ride the carousel in the mall. So we walked around the mall for awhile (Olivia's other fav thing to do...shop) and then she rode the carousel. When we got home, we had cake and ice cream. Joseph was amazed by the candles, he didn't quite understand what all the hub bub was about.
Olivia played hard all day and finally crashed on the couch while watching her Barbie movie. This is also the last nap with her paci. Olivia made a promise to daddy that on her 3rd birthday she would throw away her paci and she did! It has been a trying couple of days, Olivia has definitely had paci withdrawl!On Saturday we had a family and friends birthday party. Olivia was SO excited to have everyone over to celebrate her special day. She had a Disney princess party with a castle cake. She received so many great presents that she has been playing with non-stop. Here are some pics from the party:
