Wow how time flies!

I know, I know, it has been three weeks since I blogged last. November just flew in the Heiple house and now we are just 20 days away from Christmas...yikes! Well here is what we have been up to...

The week of November 15 - 21 Jason and I celebrated our 6th anniversary. Jas surprised me with a weekend getaway to Indianapolis. Although it was tough leaving Livi and Joey, it was so nice to have alone time together. Livi and Joey stayed home with Grandma Heiple. She came and had a sleepover. Grandma brought Livi and Joey to see a Disney show which was a big hit, and just had a fun time with them. A BIG thank you to Grandma Heiple for coming down and taking care of everyone! While we were gone, Jas and I went to the Indianapolis malls and got all of our Christmas shopping done, except for about 5 things. What a relief to get all of that done! Thank you Jason for such a nice weekend, I love you VERY much!

The week of November 22-28 was Thanksgiving. Everyone went to Grandma and Grandpa Sennott's house for a delicious Thanksgiving meal. It was so nice having everyone together! Grandma and Grandpa gave us our Christmas presents early because we will be celebrating Christmas day with the Heiples. Olivia was estatic (to say the least) to open presents early! A HUGE thank you to Grandma and Grandpa for a wonderful Thanksgiving feast, and for all of our gifts...we are truly thankful for all that you do for us!

That brings us to this week. We were supposed to go up north to Mark and Jay's house this weekend and visit Long Grove; but Mother Nature had other plans and brought a winter storm their way. Although we were really looking forward to going up there, it was nice to stay back and catch up on things, like my blog :)

So there you have it. Crazy times in the Heiple house. Everyone is doing well though, and we are anticipating Christmas!
