This week we went to visit Santa Claus! To say that Olivia was excited is a complete understatement. She could not wait to go! This is the first year that Olivia was willing to sit on Santa's lap and talk to him. She gave him a nice note that her and daddy wrote and she also gave him a bag of carrots for the reindeer. Santa told her that Rudolph would be her biggest fan this Christmas. Joey did o.k. He didn't quite know what to think as you can tell by the picture.
Today, Olivia and Joey woke up to a surprise. Following tradition, on the eve of St. Nicholas Day they put their shoes outside their door to see if St. Nicholas would come by and leave them something. To their surprise, this morning they each found a small gift in their shoes. Olivia received a Three Musketeers Barbie ornament and Joey got a Handy Manny ornament. They were very excited to hang them on our tree!
