The First Heiple Campout

Last Sunday, the Heiple clan had their very first camp out in the backyard. Olivia has been pleading with Jason and I to camp out in the yard in our tent. So last Sunday Jason decided to set up the tent and camp out.

Prior to our camp out, we invited our friends, the Zeiberts, over for a wienie roast and games. It was a lot of fun! We roasted hot dogs, had a picnic, played boucee ball, and then made s'mores by the fire. At the end of the night, we camped out in the tent. Olivia and Jason did a great job and stayed out there all night. Around 1 in the morning, Joey woke up with a tummy ache, so I brought him in to give him medicine, and then rock him back to sleep.

Olivia LOVED camping out, I have a feeling we will be doing it more this summer!
