Congratulations Jake and Stephanie!

That's right...Jake is officially off the market, and we have gained a new sister-in-law/aunt, and nephew/cousin :). Last weekend, Jas, Livi, Joey and I headed to Champaign for my brother's wedding. We were all a part of the wedding, Livi was a junior bridesmaid, Joey was a ring bearer, I was in charge of the guest book, and Jason read the readings. It was such a fun weekend getaway. We stayed in the hotel for two nights, visited with all of our family and friends, and we were able to relax.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful and went off without a hitch. Olivia and Joey did a great job walking down the aisle and looked so beautiful/handsome!

We are so happy to welcome Stephanie and Nicholas into our family! Here are a few pictures from the weekend, I will post some of the official photos later.

Easter Photo Shoot

This weekend I took pictures of the kids and dogs for our Easter card. I wanted to get as many things done as possible before returning to work tomorrow. Every time I look at these pictures, I can't believe how old they are getting. I have got to stop blinking, because every time I do Livi and Joey grow three inches!

Exhausted

Olie, Bella, and Zoie have been loving the beautiful weather this week. They have been outside running around, chasing squirrels and birds, and barking at everyone/thing that comes by. Each night they come in absolutely exhausted!

Our Little Gymnast Update

During spring break I was able to go and watch Olivia in her gymnastic class. This is a treat for me because Jason always gets to bring her most weeks due to me working, so I am always excited to go and see how she has improved.

Olivia is getting really good in gymnastics. Her upper body strength is improving, she can do a darn good cartwheel, and now she is learning how to do a back bend and lift her legs up.

At the end of her class, she and Joey were able to go into the jump house room and play for about 5 minutes. This is a treat for the class the last week of every month as a reward for their hard work. It was a fun morning for us.

Ahhh....Sunshine

This week Olivia and I were off for Spring break, and the weather was beautiful...well at least the first few days. On Sunday through Wednesday we had sunny 70 degree weather and soaked up every minute of it. On Sunday we headed to the Rochester Park to play for a while; Monday we had two play dates (which we had outside) and did lots of yard work; Tuesday I babysat and the children played outside all morning and then we went into town to play at Washington Park; and on Wednesday we stayed home and did more yard work. I can't wait until the 70 degree weather is here to stay!
